Have an option to enable/disable friend verification, once enabled you will have to verify if the person is a irl friend, sibling (brother/sister), cousin, friend of a friend(s)

  I don't get it. Don't accept FRs from randoms and just verify if someone is your friend IRL instead of requiring an option to do it.
