TTS should be able to be muted when in a channel and typing.

I would like TTS to stop talking when Discord is open in the chat it is speaking from and it is in the foreground and the text box is active.

I means I can have it tell me what someone says when i am tabbed out, but when i am actually chatting, it doesn't announce
