Manual selection of Text-to-Speech voices

Plz allow us in option to manually select any installed TTS voices, including third-party voices like Ivona. Right now Discord will use only default Windows voices that are selected via Settings/Speech (and non-windows voices are never added to that list). And even if you try and select third-part TTS voice via Control panel/Speech Recognition/Text-to-Speech, Discord for some reason unable to use any selected non-windows voices, instead keep using one of windows voices. Even latest Windows voices are just not high enough quality, and i would love personally if Discord would be able to speak with Ivona Brian (as example) voice, when i enable TTS function.
