Temporary @ Notifications

With the prevalence of streamer discord channels, it would nice to have temporary @mentions when they're live and they can predetermine when it expires.  That way if I happen to be looking at discord and I see the notification and still participate.  If I happen to be looking after the fact, there would be no new mention to catch my eye.
