Admins Assign Same Role

Could you add a settings so admins can assign the admin role to other members to make them admins as well so the server owner doesn't need to be involved with every promotion to admin

  Simply create a new role above the admin with that perm and give it to those staff members that you trust, so they can promote people to admin, like this:

  But then how does the new admin add someone else to the admin role if the first one has Left without another admin role underneath that one

  No beacause this will increase Raids and Role Give, if you want to give an admin to give admin just create a role above ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
