A 'new to discord say hi' notification on profiles, but new to servers
People that are new to servers will have a banner similar to the one for new discord users, but exclusive to being new to a server. For example
"This user is new to the <name> server!"
It'll be displayed for users that have joined a server within the last 2 weeks, and can only be seen when viewing a users profile through the server in question.

but what does the icon represent?

Apparently they have implemented it now (a couple weeks before this post actually), but it's just a flower like icon next to the name and hovering it shows "I'm new here, say hi!".
