Announcements / Messages in channels, on behalf of server

TL;DR - Could we have a feature to post as the server, and have said message be editable by all admins?


One of the biggest issues me and my various admin teams are having, is that when someone makes an official post - say, an announcement - or something more permanent like #Information -

Only that person, the author, is allowed to edit said message and update it with newer information. This is a big inconvenience at times, if an admin mistypes a date, link, etc. - and is then not online to rectify it when spotted.

Is it possible that we in the future could have a feature, to post msg's on behalf of the server, and said msg's had an administrative permission that could be toggled on/off roles?
