Favorite People

If you favorite someone then the following would happen :

Notifications from favorites even if you're on DnD

Favorites would be pinned to the server list

Favorites would have a favorite icon next to their name

This could be useful if you're in a lot of servers and you don't wanna get spammed but you want to receive notifications from your girlfriend/boyfriend or bestfriend.
