It would be interesting if the sender of a file could see how many users downloaded said file. It could also be a permission for other users to see that number on others' uploads when a file is sent in a server. In DMs and groups, all users could access this information.

  I wouldn't mind if this was a thing as well as how many people have seen an image, as long as their names aren't displayed to anyone and it's only on servers with more than for a certain number of users.
