Private PIN function

I strongly suggest a "private PINs function".

ATM if I pin a post, then someone else or the administrator unpin it.

I'd like to decide for myself what to pin and have a private list of my pinned posts.

A further, but not necessary feature, would be being able to share the private pinned posts list.
