Replace embeds and files.

I am suggesting the ability to replace your shared files and embedded links. Because now you have to delete your embed/file and send it again. That seems very strange if someone send a message meanwhile.

Of course replacing embeds is already possible by just editing the message and replacing the link, but the thumbnail will not be updated if the source is changed. I think that is a bug.
