option to oscillate/animate server icons during notification

For servers that have sound notifications enabled, also allow an option to have them oscillate/animate so that you know where the notifications are coming from. I recently heard multiple beeps on servers that I have notifications enabled on, but couldn't track down which one it was and it disrupted my work because I had to figure out which to mute.
