Discord Support wait time

My account was hacked late last night and has made 8 payments by gifting Nitro's and server boosts through my card. I'm LIVID. I contacted as followed as well as messaging over Twitter. No response through both, I'm wanting to get this sorted out quickly and hopeful to getting refunds..
