I think Discord has some sort of a contract with Spotify that restricts them to create this feature forever or for some time. Otherwise, they would have created it already and/or make an arrangement with Youtube in order to increase users for both parties.
Or Youtube doesn't want to get integrated with Discord for privacy-related issues, I think. I couldn't find any official statement about these things so I would appreciate it if someone shares the official statement if they have.
