Allow people to retroactively mark image as spoiler

Sometimes a post maybe inappropriate or contains things that we do not want to see at the time. However, it is otherwise okay if the user had marked it spoiler, and rather than repost, allow users (and mods) to fix it on the spot

    +1 this, would love a right click option to mark image as spoiler

    This is actually possible. If you upload an image, it will have a link to it. Then, you can just put that in spoiler tags like so: || https://some-incomprehensible-url ||
    (The spaces are important)
