New Text is hard on the eyes (Bold Blurry Text)

Text is to bold and text aliasing is broken, This is hard on the eyes and makes text difficult to read (especially on lower DPI displays such as mine). See Below:


Titles/names are way to bold (This includes the user profile panel and account connections), text is not pixel aligned making it hard to read... also, normal text on an embed could be mistaken for bold text.

PS. Now that light mode is done for the whole 5 people that use it... can we finish dark mode?

    I closed Discord and reopened Discord and was absolutely shocked by how I could just not read anything and I'm so mad I closed Discord. This is stupid and seeing my bolded user handle is driving me crazy to the point it's unusable.
