banning people before joining a server

in case i know a user is malicious or i just don't want them in my server, i should be able to ban them before joining my server to prevent them from doing something dangerous.

  You can use a bot for that by using the person's user ID

  you can just use a bot and use the user id from the user you want to ban

  i.e: !ban 225806860542935040 (that's my id, don't worry.)
