Press to talk should have the option to be toggled rather than held

I think it would be great if push to talk could be toggled rather than the shortcut having to be held down.

  Isn't that just muting and unmuting yourself, like a feature discord already has?

  I guess what I'm asking for is the ability to set a keystroke for muting and unmuting. The issue I have is wanting to mute myself without navigating to the discord window.
