Check if user already uploaded specific file

I really think this would save us memers post stuff faster without taking discord bandwidth.

1. Hash media/clipboard
2. Check if hash exists on the user end
3. If already uploaded ask user if he still wants to reupload

 

Must not be a user feature but for users which wants advanced settings

  yes but let the server administrator choose a time frame where it would ask. For example if a file got uploaded 16 Days ago and the admin picked 15 days max it wouldn't ask

  its on the user end, i guess its their choice unless their file got deleted by the admin (if discord deletes media files once the message is deleted)
