I lost my account and someone I want to get in contact with.

I was trying to go into my old account to get in contact with a old friend and I forgot my email and password I might be able to prove its mine its been not used for around a year or 2. If a dev could maybe contact me my discord is Dead Dog#8626 bad name I know but it doesn't matter I just want my account this person i want in contact with was my friend for years and i want to talk to them again so please help me.
