Support hasn't responded... its been over 15 days.

I not-so-recently reached out to Discord support regarding a sever-owner transfership in which the server owner had gone missing, yada yada. After initially reaching out I was led to provide more information, and I replied to the email saying that info. After that, I then got a response back that the ticked was going to be escalated further to a team member, and then no response for over a week. I reached out again as I was growing concerned, and even after 6 more days I have gotten nothing. Any help?
