More warning before disabling accounts?

I had a friend who temporarily got his account disabled today, only to get it reactivated within an hour. No warning or reason was given initially, but the email reply said that they mistakenly believed his account might have been compromised. They gave him this suggestion:

"To prevent this from happening in the future, we highly recommend you have a strong password and enable two factor authentication on your Discord account. It's really easy to do - hook it up while you queue for your next match."

The problem is that he already has both of those things on his account already. If there was no real problem, and Discord was willing to give him back his account as soon as the issue was reviewed by support, then why was it necessary to disable the account with no warning?

I think it'd be better for everyone involved if it worked more like suspicious activity on a credit card. Namely, I think the temporary disabling should come with an email that clearly explains the problem, and then you should give them the option of speaking to a staff member in a timely manner. I've seen upwards of 30 forum messages where people had their accounts disabled for no reason and never got them back.

Keep in mind that this is a feature suggestion; as of right now he has his account back, and no one else I know has the same problem. I just think it would be a good idea if there was more transparency from Discord's staff.

Discord never warns people before disabling them, I literally lost 72-73 months of nitro (classic and boost combined) in total just from getting disabled, and customer support keeps ignoring all my tickets they never respond to me

It got disabled for no reason and i spent money by boosting servers and buying nitro and stuff
