Better Support for Emojis in Channel Names

Love it if all emojis were supported in channel names.

https://emojipedia.org/eye/ - works everywhere by Windows, where it shows as a 2-d line drawing eye. Thing is, Windows supports the eye emoji, but for some reason it won't work in a Discord Channel Name.
