Permanent IP Bans

Discord should add permanent IP Bans to servers

I don't know if this already exists or not, but this would be a good idea as it would prevent banned users from joining the server if they were permanently banned from a server a month ago or more.

I know IP bans already exist, but they change usually and the IP ban doesn't apply to the banned user anymore after that

I know that most IPs are dynamic and change usually, but this could be possible with Discord.

Here's how it would work:

As soon a user's IP address changes on their account, the new IP is added to the ban list of every server they were banned in and the old IP is removed from the ban lists, this cycle keeps happening as the dynamic IP address of the banned user changes.

If the user doesn't login to their account within 2 weeks, their IP address is removed from the server ban lists but as soon as they login, the IP address that they are using on that account is added to the ban list of every server they were banned in.

This won't be a problem with VPN users as it would detect if the user is using a VPN and it won't ban the IP of the VPN.

Pros:

Prevents users from joining banned servers on alts even after a month or two after getting banned

Cons:

If someone connects their device to shared Wi-Fi (e.g Public Places, Dorms) and uses their Discord account there, the Wi-Fi is banned from those servers
Someone who is banned from Discord servers could go their friends house and get their friend's IP address banned

is already a problem and is a big enough of a con to not push this update
Someone who is banned from Discord servers could go their friends house and get their friend's IP address banned
again
