Allow people to time out others for 5 / 10 / 15 min in a voice channel

I need something to time out people in a voice channel. For example: If this person can join a specific voice channel, something to allow me to "mute and deaf them" or disconnect them for 5 / 10 min. And they can't join the channel until the timer is done
