Better No Camera View When In Video Chat Room

Would be great to have something more visible like this to be able to see the names of the people talking when not very many people have their cameras turned on. Especially in a situation where you don't know everyone and being able to see who is talking is very helpful. The current implementation seems to waste a lot of space.
