My boyfriend can’t leave a server that’s bullying him because it won’t let him

He joined this server that was bullying him for his mom dying and he wants to leave but can’t leave because discord won’t let him. He tried to send a message 2 months ago saying that he wants to leave this server and won’t let him. He never got a response or we don’t know if you ever got it. So, I’m here to try and send this message and hopefully you get it. If you can find a way to help him thank you.

    Is he "voice connected"? I saw similar issues in another instance and noticed in screenshots that they were connected to the channel via voice still.
