Reporting an underage user.

The user NewsonsameChatsWithFriends#8106 has told me several times that he is in fact 9 years old. Some of the times have been in Minecraft, but here is the discord proof:
Before, he told me he was 8. Now he tells me he's 9. More proof I found:

He has also told me that his mom doesn't know he swears at all, or anything. He's also really toxic to me and my friends, but that's a different story. He also shared with me a video of him playing with his toy gun.. (Very 9 year old like) and it features his voice, which I wont share, but it was definitely a kid. He also throws a lot of fits and stuff, about little things. We have told him he could get banned and he just replies with: "idfc". Soo I reported him since he doesn't care.
