Whitelist for Do not disturb - a more powerful option

For those of us who own, mod or otherwise are on certain busy communities people bother us ALL the time to the point we MUST stay in DND mode most of the time to avoid being harassed.

With this I propose certain DND override options from many aspects of a community, user and server standpoint.

User should be able to override the following:
@ mentions select roles (like mod rolls, and what not)
- by server (override all posts on the server to be default sets)
- by server catagory (override all posts in a certain catagory on a particular server - for instance, an admin only catagory)
- by channel (individual channels categorized or not, to allow posts in that channel to notify)
- by specific user

This could or could not be a nitro perk or not. I'd certainly keep my nitro just for this feature alone.
