[Feature Request] Off/On button for whether channels are draggable.

On servers I own or moderate I almost (or do) change the order of channels at least once a day while trying to switch which one I'm viewing while on the desktop app. I suggest some mechanism for people who already have the perms to do this to turn their own ability to drag channels on/off at will. This is a very minor grievance but would be a nice and much appreciated addition.
