Disable ability to call in certain direct messages or group messages

So i do a few rps over discord and they are set as group chats with the respective parties accounts. And while on my phone looking over things early in the morning or laying down i have a bad habit of tapping the call button on that message. Thus calling every person in that chat. Waking most of them up and causing an unwanted ruckus. Is there anyway in the options of the group messages to add an option of disabling the ability to call? Thus completely either graying out the button or removing it altogether. And this isnt just Android or ios. Its both. Any assistance would be helpful.
