Add the desktop feature where it asks you before visiting a website to the mobile app.

  This would be a great idea, as most people don't realise that they can still get viruses on mobile. Just a simple confirmation would make things so much better

  I agree, sometimes a confirmation is all you need for a difference between a virus and being safe.
