The Adjustable Scrolling Speed Slider 9000 (The ASSS 9000)

I came across an issue when using discord on my laptop, whenever I scrolled up or down using two fingers on the touchpad the scrolling speed turned hyper sensitive and scrolled all the way to the first loaded message until more messages loaded up, then continued scrolling further. I have to resort to using Page Up and Page Down to scroll slower which isn't an issue but as suggested by one of the developers who've emailed me, I propose having an adjustable scrolling speed slider. This slider will control how many lines you scroll through much like the Windows setting to choose how many lines to scroll each time. Maybe even have a box where you can type in the number of lines you want to scroll each time.
