Ability to anonymize old messages without deleting account.

When you delete your account you get all your messages anonymized which is nice, but what I'd want is the ability to anonymize your messages without deleting your account.

  That would be pretty useless, I don't see why one would want to anonymize their messages but also keep their account, unless it's a very specific situation where they want to start over, but even then, it's better to just delete the account and start fresh, so you can't be contacted as easily.
