Nitro Servers should allow Emotes with SFX

for example an OOF Emote would play the SFX when you use it

  No, we do not need random noises in channels or servers. TTS is bad enough.

  TTS is good enough, the Message Noise is enough aswell, but having SFX emojis is just useless.
