More options for text to speach(only read set channel's)

please make it so that you can set the text to speach read msgs from people who direct msg you or ping you only since it reading only the channel you are in or all channels is alittle to annoying. please make it so you can pick which channels it reads and a options to set it to only read msgs from people who ping you.
