Raise Slowmode max timeout

Hello
Afaik the max timeout you can set for slowmode is 6 hours. Now i am on many discord servers where you can advert your gameserver/s. It would be nice if the Slowmode can be set to 24h max for example, so server adverts don't get "spammed"
