System audio output in call

Whenever I'm in a call, my phone's audio gets broadcast through the call, such as my music, which also has the side effect of causing my friend to hear himself echo's through me. Is there a fix for this? My phone is a Huawei P-Smart/FIG-LX1, if that helps.
