Show group invite if link redirects to a discord server

I have a nginx set up so if you open my domain you get redirected to my discord server invite. But if I send that link in discord it shows huge embed with logo of my server and title "Join the " I'd love to have a custom link that would show the invite embed normal discord invite links have.
