If I purchase something on Discord for the game Warframe can I access it when on Playstation4?

First of all I want to sat HI!

This is my first time being a member of Discord for Warframe. Question being if I purchase a player or upgrades for the game Warframe on my home computer, will I be able to access when I am playing the game Warframe on my PlayStation 4?

This is all new to me but I love playing the game.
