Add a "Prioritise Friends" thing

This will prioritise people you select who's pings will bypass do not disturb and have a louder, different ping sound, they will also always appear at the top of your recent chats, and the amount of priority they get should be editable by the user.

  this is actually a great idea, especially since it can be used to help someone if they need it when you wouldn't normally be active on discord. i hope this eventually becomes a thing on discord
