There should be a separate section in server settings for reasons of bans and/or kicks

There should be separate section that when someone bans or kicks someone with reason, it would display ban date, time, reason etc., for ex. 4.20.2020 8:22 AM: EpicGamer#8989 banned Dummydumbdumb#6969 for: being dumb.
