Channel messages don't get readdressed to other server channel when I subscribe on them.

I have subscribed my server's channel called #ботоводная to get all of the messages from channel #bungie-tweets in official Destiny server. But, my issue is, that I don't get any there. I have created two webhooks, one at January 30th and another one at February 1st when I found out that my first webhook doesn't work. And you know what? Second one doesn't work either! There were 3 new messages in #bungie-tweets (in support category) since January 30th.
