Since the new update voice has been broken for me.

Since the new update I can't hear others nor can others hear me. They've gotten into other calls and they're fine but I can't get anything to work. I've did as much research as I could to try and fix it and did many things but nothing has worked. The update changed the UI but I guess has also changed voice too.
