Voice chat addition

Since most people don't speak in vc's since they don't like sharing there voice maybe u could add a feature where when u speak in dm's or a in a designated channel of a server when there's a voice chat your message gets broadcasted to the voice chat in a bot voice. So people can talk in vc's without having to speak
