Breaking Discords TOS, And My Discord's Servers TOS.

Reason(s): My discord server is based as a company and values discords TOS as well as our own TOS. This user had broke our TOS as well as discords TOS. They stole our companies products word for word and claim it as their own. I would like any type of immediate action.
