Activity for programs other than "playing"

I know that custom status is a thing but I'd like to have programs other than games show statuses other than "playing," like "running" and such. Spotify and Twitch already do this but I'd like more customization. Some examples could be "Editing in Vegas Pro" or "Writing in Microsoft Word" or "Coding in Visual Studio" Maybe the "Game Activity" menu in settings could be changed to "Program Activity" and next to where the name of the running program is (where you can click to change the name) there can be a drop-down menu with some preset options and a custom option.
