Having owner make roles able to mention any other role that doesn't have the mention setting on

Discord latest thing related to this is that they made the option to have any admin in a server ping roles that aren't mentionable in server settings. It would be cool if the server owners can make it so that they can choose roles to allow this even if they don't have administrator roles.
