"Currently in call" Alert

A simple feature that if you are in a call with someone, it will show in text under your username in the friends list "Currently in call" or something along those lines. It would be even nicer if you could toggle it so if you don't want your friends to know if you're in a call.

    Should only alert at ringing someone already in a call, pop windows stats that user is in call, are u sure to ring him etc.

    and it needs to be toggleable in user settings
