Make it easier to report someone

I find it quite baffling that to report someone I have to turn on developer mode, get the persons ID, then their message link to report them

I get why the trust and safety team needs it this information, but surely this can be done easily without needing to do such things, while it can take someone a good minute or two to report someone if they know what they're doing, others might need 5, at worst, 10 minutes to figure out how to turn on developer mode, grab the persons ID, the message link (And god forbid the person in question deletes their message), and then type up a email about what the problem is.

I find it hard to believe that it would it really be too much to add a simple 'report' button with some quick options like 'Spam', 'Bot', 'Harassment', etc.as It would make it much easier to catch someone in the act, especially if these messages can be saved by the time they're reported.

How this can be done is simple: Right click a user/server and have an extra option called 'report', and bring up a separate menu that asks what you're reporting them for, adding extra details when needed, and to save any messages or server info that might aid in the process, I understand it might be a lot to ask, but so far not many people are  gonna do anything in terms of reporting because it's just a hassle, plain and simple.
